Just in case you’re not yet convinced, here’s another one. Arcade Fire are the Stanley Hauerwas of rock music. They are rhetorically over the top, blunt to a fault to force you to think about who you are. They are urgent, so much so that they can sound pedantic. They are incredibly fun to listen to…and, frankly, they’re never far off the mark.
